1. What Are Credits?
In Wondershare ToMoviee Studio, users can earn credits by recharging or participating in various events, and can then use a range of AI features by spending credits. Credits are not real money; they cannot be transferred, refunded, traded, redeemed, or used to subscribe to membership plans. Credits are shared across Wondershare ToMoviee Studio and Wondershare ToMoviee AI. Regardless of the device that the user uses to log in to ToMoviee, they are entitled to the same credits and benefits under the account.
2. What Can I Do with Credits?
You can spend credits to access paid AI features. The table below lists the currently available features. You will soon be able to use credits to access more AI features and curated assets. Please refer to the specific feature descriptions for more details.

3. How Many Types of Credit Are There? How Long Are They Valid for? How can I Earn Credits?

4. Credit Usage Priority
When you spend credits to access paid AI features, credits with shorter remaining validity periods will be used first.
5. Credits and Membership
- Users can spend credits to access paid AI features.

- Credits cannot be transferred or redeemed for membership or cash.
6. Credit Top-Up
Credits are a virtual product. Users will receive credits only after payment is complete. Upon successful top-up, credits cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

Q1: How can I check my credit balance and usage details?
Credit balance is displayed on the upper-right corner of the page. To view the usage details, click on the credit balance on the upper-right corner of the page in the web version or tap "Mine" > "Credits" in the mobile app.

Q2: Can I continue to use the credits in my account after my subscription expires?
You will receive subscription credits for every subscription month during the validity period of your
membership, and these credits are valid only for that one month. When your subscription expires, all your
subscription credits will expire too and become invalid. If you subscribe to a membership plan later, you will
begin receiving subscription credits for the duration of the new subscription. The new subscription credits have
a similar validity period.
You can continue to use the Event Credits and Top-Up Credits in your account in
accordance with the relevant rules.
Q3: How is the validity period of monthly subscription credits calculated?
Monthly subscription credits will be issued at the beginning of every subscription month and expire on the last day of the subscription month. The start date of the subscription month is the first calendar day upon subscription. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription plan of 100 credits on October 20, 2025, you will receive 100 credits for the first subscription month (October 20, 2025 to November 19, 2025) on October 20, 2025. These 100 credits will then expire on November 19, 2025.
Q4: Why was I previously able to use a feature for free but now need to spend credits to use it?
Some features may be free during the trial period. When the trial period ends, you will need to pay for it as normal to use it again.
